Once Hammer is signed, there’s really no worries for 2 years, when Seabrook’s deal comes up.

Of course, players (who rhyme with Darker, Shufflin’, and Carp) will have to be moved after this season. Which isn’t all that big of a deal, since the Hawks are currently overpaying them all for the roles they currently serve.

The Hawks have one heck of a team this season. Even with Hossa out, it’s pretty sick. I’m an Oilers fan and the Hawks were just too much skill for my team when they played this season.

  3. The team we have now is, for the most part, a product of sucking for well over a decade.
